What should I expect to receive?
Our packages should arrive at your door in perfect condition after leaving our dispatch warehouse. All envelopes and boxes are discreetly sent with no indication of the contents. Tablets and capsules are securely sealed within a durable, air tight bottle with a screw cap for ease of use.
How long can I store your products for?
The majority of our products come with a 1 to 3 year shelf life, be sure to check the supplement label on the product page or bottle for the latest batch information. We advise that you should avoid consuming the products after the expiry date.
How do I know your products are the real deal?
All of our products are sourced from a trusted supplier and then further analyzed by an independent 3rdparty laboratory. On each product page we have a section for you to view our purity certificate. Our products are stored and processed into pharmaceutical grade tablets or capsules.
How long does it take for shipping to my country?
It takes 15 days at average and the deadline is 40 days.
What countries do you ship to?

I ordered two separate items, but I received them combined!
We endeavor to combine postage where ever possible, for this reason if you have made two orders on the same shipping day our dispatch warehouse will identify and combine these two shipments. For more information, please visit our shipping page.
My item has not arrived?
Please contact our support team if your item is not arrived within a deadline of 40 days. In such a cases we send investigation request to a postal service + we reship your order for free or refund your payment in case you will return product back when it is delivered.
I have not received my order, could it be with customs?
It may well be the case that your order has been intercepted by your local customs authority. Although rare, random stop checks are part of our international postal services and importation regulations so everyone must be subject to these checks. If your order has been stopped there are very different laws to determine the level of information you will be provided with (if any) and the time taken for customs to make a decision. In most cases you will be notified promptly and your item will be checked and released within 20 working days, but this could be extended to 30 or even 90 days in rare instances. For exact details, we ask you to enquire at your customs office. It is your responsibility to know the importation laws for any product you order. I think my order is being returned to you.
If you have reason to believe that your order will be returned to us, then please inform us and we will inform you by email as soon as it is received. We can then either send it back out to you (postage must be paid again) or you can receive a refund for the cost of the item should it be un-opened and in its original packaging.
